This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how VIQCore Technologies (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, stores, protects and uses personal information of individual (“User”, “you” or “your”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the laws of Malaysia.
It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

- Any other materials you willingly submit to us such as articles, images, feedback, etc. You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features.
Managing of Personal Information
You are able to delete certain Personal Information we have about you. The Personal Information you can delete may change as the Apps, Websites or Services change. When you delete Personal Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below.
Storing of Personal Information
We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period. As a part of providing you with our Apps, Websites or Services and the management and/or operation of the same, we may be required or need to disclose information about you to the following third parties:

- Government agencies
- Companies and/or organisations that act as our agents, contractors, service providers and/or professional advisers
- Companies and/or organisations that assist us in processing and/or otherwise fulfilling transactions and providing you with our Apps, Websites or Services that you have requested or subscribed for
- Our business associates and other parties for purposes that are related to the purpose of collecting and using your personal information

Your Obligations
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to us about yourself and any other person whose personal information you provide us and for updating this personal information as and when it becomes incorrect or out of date by contacting us via the contact details provided. This obligation is a condition to the provision of our Apps, Websites or Services to you and/or any other person authorised or permitted by you or your organisation/company to use our Services.
Transfer of Personal Information Outside Malaysia
It may be necessary for us to transfer your personal information outside Malaysia if any of our service providers or strategic partners who are involved in providing part of our Apps, Websites or Services are located in countries outside Malaysia (e.g. Hosting servers). You consent to us transferring your personal information outside Malaysia in these instances. We shall take reasonable steps to ensure that any such overseas entities are contractually bound not to use your personal information for any reason other than to provide our Apps, Websites or Services that are contracted by us to provide and to adequately safeguard your personal information.
